Heute nun also die ganze Bilderstrecke des "Müll-Abgusses". Man nehme die Packung von Pfirsichen. Als erstes habe ich dann eine dünne Schicht Gips (ca. 1cm) gegossen. Als dieses fest war, wurde ein Stück Styrodur mit Heißkleber festgeklebt. Dieses dient dazu den Verbrauch des Gipses geringer zu halten und das Gewicht zu verringern. Danach noch eine Schicht Gips. Zur Stabilisierung wurde die Form von beiden Seiten eingekeilt. Durch das Gießen in zwei Etappen hat sich eine Kante gebildet. Bei Versuch zwei werde ich versuchen das Styrodur vorher zu fixieren.

Today I present you the complete "trash-casting" report. Just grab your piece of peach-package. At first I entered only one cm of gypsum and let it dry. After that I fixed a piece of foam on the first layer using hot glue. The reason is to save some gypsum and finally have less weight. After that I filled the form with gypsum. Due to the weight I placed the form between two boxes to stabilize the sides. Casting this thing in two rows caused an edge around the wall. When I cast this form again I will try out a way placing the foam first in the package.
